download WindowsUpdateAgent30-x86.exe   and then
run this in WindowsUpdateAgent30-x86.exe /wuforce in the cmd
try option 2 if option 1 doesn’t work.

You can try to register the following DLLs if Windows Update service is not starting up or having some issue updating/running Windows Updates:
